100+ Yes Volunteers needed
Community Clubs are always in need of volunteers to make sport and activity work in your local area. If you have skills and experience, we can use it. If you don't? But are bundled with enthusiasm we can use that too. There are roles for whatever floats your boat from catering, coaching to leading a community Trust. If you are interested in giving something back to your community we want to hear from you. The great thing about volunteering in East Lothian is that we can tailor your experience around you. If you want to give a day, an hour or want to regularly volunteer to see sport grow we can work this in. Trust us however, you will be back for more when you see what your little impact is having on our beautiful part of the country.
About our club
East Lothian has Community Sport Hubs in all our 6 towns and their surrounding areas. These hubs bring together our community sports clubs and supporting services to improve the quality of sports provision in your local area and support people to get more active.
The Dunbar Community Sport Hub is running a Sport Relief Mile from Hallhill Sports Centre on 20th March 2016. We are in need of volunteers from all walks of life to act as friendly faces, to set up the course, as marshals and to generally make the day an enjoyable, safe experience for all involved. If you are interested in being involved please get in touch as we could do with all the help available for such a great cause. If you can't help why not join in and register at www.sportrelief.com.‘In Support of Sport Relief, an initiative of Comic
