About our club
We are a charity event looking to break the World Record for the longest football match, which is currently 105hrs long.
The match is in memory of Matt Chaplain, Matt Grimstone, and Jacob Schilt - all former members of Worthing United and the Sussex footballing community, who were taken too soon.
We now look to break this record in their honour, and proceeds raised from the match (less staging costs) will be split down the middle, with half being donated to the British Heart Foundation, and the other half being put toward the creation of a new football facility in Worthing as a permanent memorial to all three lads.
