Run It

Find volunteering opportunities:

parkrun supports the #BigHelpOut

parkrun delivers weekly 5k timed runs (and 2k for juniors) that are at the heart of local communities. Volunteers are the lifeblood of parkrun, with around 6,000 weekly helpers bringing the community together to create a unique atmosphere that families, friends and neighbours can enjoy. Here's three ways to get involved as part of the Big Help Out:

  1. Find and help out at your local parkrun
  2. Sign up to the #BigHelpOut
  3. Create or update your Join In parkrun page
